No Portals – No Postings – Linkedin Invites Exhausted – New Geography
Just imagine, you are given the task to source profiles who are based in new geography ( never worked before nor the profile) – no job portals – no free job postings cant be used as I have personal email id, ( all postings asks for valid work id) – LinkedIn invites limits exhausted , one needs to wait for one week to send out fresh lots of invites, how would you source strategically. Of course , I have joined relevant group on linkedin n facebook, still all in vain. what would be the course/ trajectory one would chart. your suggestions n ideas will be really helpful?
