Best way is from prospective candidates and they are the gyan givers 👍, don’t forget to thank them post that information and do document the information for the future use.
It would surely help in increasing the conversion ratio as these meetings would help the candidate to understand more in terms of his/her role and the technical challenges which they might come across. On the flip side, the hiring manager can build a good communication which will make the prospective offer to prospective joinee as they know the assignment well before they come onboard. Such meetings setup the expectations from both sides clearly. Hope this helped
